G.P. Rating

G.P. Rating is a 6-month course authorized by D.G. Shipping. This course can be done after completing your 10th. Candidates who opt for this course are eligible to work in the Deck or Engine department in Indian as well as foreign shipping companies.

Diploma in Nautical Science

Diploma in Nautical Science is a 1 year course, followed by an 18-month of Structured Shipboard Instruction Program (SSTP). Upon completion, you will receive a pre-sea completion certificate and are qualified to join a ship as a deck cadet.

B.Tech in Marine Engineering Marine Engineering is a 4-year degree course that leads to a Class IV Marine Engineer Officer Certificate of Competency. This makes candidates eligible to work as Marine engineers on merchant navy ships all around the world.

B.Sc. in Nautical Science

B.Sc in Nautical Science is a 3-year undergraduate program. The candidate becomes eligible to take up the position of navigating officer after having completed sufficient time at sea and clearing the required certificate of competency exams.
