Diploma in Nautical Science is a 1 year course, followed by an 18-month of Structured Shipboard Instruction Program (SSTP). Upon completion, you will receive a pre-sea completion certificate and are qualified to join a ship as a deck cadet.

B.tech Marine Engineering is a 4-year degree course that leads to a Class IV Marine Engineer Officer Certificate of Competency. This makes candidates eligible to work as Marine engineers on merchant navy ships all around the world.

B.Sc in Nautical Science is a 3-year undergraduate program. The candidate becomes eligible to take up the position of navigating officer after having completed sufficient time at sea and clearing the required certificate of competency exams.
